Today is a day of rest. This is especially important for the tactical athlete for whom my heart is always with. So often we think about how we can take it to the edge, but there is equal value, perhaps greater value, in knowing how to take it easy and recover. Anyone can trash themselves on the road or in the gym. It take a mature athlete to know when they need to rebuild so their body can serve them for life. That’s all for today.
